Manufacturers may update ingredients or designs.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.
If a pricing error occurs, ERAM IMPORT HOUSE reserves the right to cancel or correct the order.

4. Product Availability

Products are subject to stock availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and refuse orders without prior notice.

5. Order Acceptance

An order is considered confirmed only after verification by ERAM IMPORT HOUSE.
We reserve the right to reject any order for any lawful reason.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery where available, Bank Transfer, Mobile Financial Services, Debit/Credit Cards, and Online Payment Gateways.
Orders may be cancelled if payment verification fails.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.
Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, government restrictions, natural disasters, or political unrest shall not create liability for ERAM IMPORT HOUSE.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the wrong product is delivered, the product is damaged upon delivery, or there is a manufacturing defect.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

9. Allergic Reactions & Product Suitability

Customers are advised to perform a patch test before using any skincare or cosmetic product.
Individual skin types vary.
ERAM IMPORT HOUSE shall not be liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, improper use, or failure to follow instructions.
Customers with pre-existing skin conditions should consult a qualified dermatologist before use.

10. Medical Disclaimer

Our products are cosmetic products only.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Statements regarding skincare benefits have not necessarily been evaluated by any medical authority unless specifically stated.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, brand name, product images, videos, graphics, packaging designs, website content, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of ERAM IMPORT HOUSE.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, modification, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders, verify customer identity, refuse service, and blacklist fraudulent customers.
False information or fraudulent transactions may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERAM IMPORT HOUSE shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, product misuse, courier delays, or force majeure events.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, floods, fire, pandemic, war, government actions, transportation disruptions, and internet outages.

15. User Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of their account, use products as instructed, and comply with applicable laws.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
